Designed by Pedro Vasconcelos, the 6,633-yard (6,065 meters), par-72 course is flat, making it easy to walk, but the abundance of water hazards—on nearly every hole—demands precision and strategy. The coastal winds can also play a role, adding another layer of difficulty.
